  • Музыка: Music, music, music. Nietzsche once said "Without music, life would be a mistake." and I believe that to be true. When I was born, my mom went right back to work; I was premature, and my father brought me home from the hospital. He was in college at the time, and he was my primary care-giver until I was about 5 years old. Apparently, I was a fussy baby and the only thing that would shut me up, was music on the hi-fi turntable. As a 4-year old, I remember very distinctly listening to Tchaikovski's "1812 Overture" and being just so caught up in that music. Actually, any music would do; my father played a lot of Big Band music from the Patriotic War era. I knew early on that I wanted to be a musician. I love just about anything that is played well, or is written well. There's a lot of contemporary junk that isn't worth wasting your ears one, but I can even make a case for rap, when it comes to someone like Eminem, who is from Detroit, Michigan, and where I lived for many years.
